Who we are
Calibration Ledger (“the Site”) is operated by Paulo de Vries through editnative.com (Netherlands). For privacy inquiries, contact contact@editnative.com.
What we collect
In its current holding-page state, the Site collects minimal data:
- • Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4: page views and clicks. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and California it runs in Consent Mode with analytics storage denied, so it sets no analytics cookies there; elsewhere it sets its standard
_gacookies. - • Interaction recordings via Microsoft Clarity: anonymised scrolls and clicks, so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks text you type and sets its own cookies (
_clck,_clsk). - • Cloudflare edge logs for security + performance. Standard HTTP access logs retained per Cloudflare’s policy.
- • Inbound email you send to contact@editnative.com. Emails are retained in the operator’s inbox until responded to or archived.
What we do NOT collect
- • No account signups (no account feature exists yet).
- • No third-party advertising cookies.
- • No personally identifying information beyond what you volunteer via email.
- • No fingerprinting.
Third parties
Current third-party services:
- • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge security. Privacy policy
- • Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. Privacy policy
- • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised interaction recordings. Privacy statement
We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any advertising-cookie framework at this stage.
Cookies
The Site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets _ga cookies outside the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and California, and none inside them. Microsoft Clarity does not load at all when your device’s time zone is in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland; elsewhere it sets_clck and _clsk. You can block both in your browser settings, or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. If ads or accounts are added, a consent banner will come first.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / equivalent)
You have the right to: access any data we hold about you, request deletion, request correction, opt out of processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Exercise these rights by emailing contact@editnative.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date and, for consequential changes, a banner on the homepage for ≥14 days.
